Stay Cleaning Fees

Cleaning fee per room: 5,000 XPF (42 dollars)

Cleaning fee for Privatized Lodge: 8,000 XPF (67 dollars)

Airport Transfer

Approximately 30 minutes transfer. One-way: Airport to Lodge or Lodge to Airport = 1,500 XPF per person (13 dollars)

Dinner on Request

Dinner available upon request: 2,000 XPF (17 dollars) per person

Check-in / Check-out

The lodge or rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Booking Terms

• 30% of the accommodation amount will be required at the time of booking.
  
• Within the same room category, Akivai Lodge reserves the right to assign you a different room than the one listed in the reservation.
  

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date : The deposit is refundable.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date : The deposit is non-refundable.
  
• Rescheduling : In both cases (cancellation more or less than 30 days), rescheduling is possible within 6 months from the start date of the canceled stay. The deposit will not be refunded but will be deducted from the new reservation amount.
